The Company has three product candidates in early-stage development. These comprise Talotrexin (also known as PT-523), for the treatment of a variety of solid tumors and hematological malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL), cervical, and ovarian cancers; Zensana (ondansetron oral spray), which is being developed to alleviate chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting, and IPdR, being developed primarily for the treatment of colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, liver and brain cancers. Its other product candidates include Marqibo (sphingosomal vincristine), Sphingosomal Vinorelbine and Sphingosomal Topotecan.
